[entries] Fix parse bugs and improve descriptions and metadata by Tiago de Paula Peixoto 6bb6851
- parse fixes from the review of the descriptions, e.g. us_patents
(directed), celegans_2019 (synapse direction), ecoli_transcription and
yeast_transcription (regulator to target), bitcoin (direction, phantom
  node), ego_social (Google+ features and circles), scotus_majority,
arxiv_authors and social_location (as in SNAP), caida_as, dnc, dom,
mist, reuters and bibsonomy (names on the right nodes), uci_zoo
- every description now states explicitly what the nodes and edges
represent; corrected titles, years, tags, citations and licences
- the "Hypergraph" tag is removed; very large entries are marked
  `huge = True` (see --skip-huge)
- ICON ids of partial duplicates added (hiv_transmission, congress_bills,
  openflights, dutch_school)

+description = r"""A who-trusts-whom network of users of Bitcoin OTC, an online over-the-counter marketplace for trading with Bitcoin. Since Bitcoin users are anonymous, the platform let members rate each other to build a record of reputation that helps prevent transactions with fraudulent or risky users. Nodes are users, and a directed edge $i \to j$ means that user $i$ rated user $j$, on a scale from -10 (total distrust) to +10 (total trust) in steps of 1 (a rating of 0 is not possible). The data, covering ratings made from November 2010 to January 2016, were collected and released by S. Kumar and collaborators.
+
+The network has the following properties:
+
+- Nodes: `name`, the anonymized user identifier.
+- Edges: `rating`, the rating (an integer from -10 to +10, excluding 0); `time`, the time of the rating, in seconds since the Unix epoch (a floating-point number, with sub-second resolution)."""
