[entries] Fix parse bugs and improve the metadata of existing entries by Tiago de Paula Peixoto c996a0e
From a review of the dataset descriptions against the upstream sources
and papers, and from user reports:

- parse fixes (wrong edge direction or directedness, shifted or
misnamed properties, merged node identities, duplicated or missing
edges and nodes, wrong types), e.g. arxiv_citation (the HepTh dates
were a copy of the HepPh ones; now from the KDD Cup 2003 data),
  eu_procurements, foursquare_global, hiv_transmission, genetic_multiplex,
gnutella (adds the 05 snapshot), roadnet, macaque_neural, python_dependency
- descriptions rewritten from the upstream sources, documenting every
  property
- corrected titles, citations and DOIs, licences (ustream_license typo,
the data's own terms), tags and ICON ids
- url lists for entries with several sources or dataset pages
- SocioPatterns entries moved to the site's new data location, with the
daily networks of sp_infectious and sp_primary_school
- the Michael Fire entries marked as orphans (served from the mirror)
- redundant type forcings removed after the graph-tool coercion fixes

-[^icon]: Description obtained from the [ICON](https://icon.colorado.edu) project."""
+description = """Directed network of hyperlinks among weblogs on U.S. politics, compiled by L. A. Adamic and N. Glance to study the political blogosphere around the 2004 U.S. presidential election. Nodes are blogs, identified from online blog directories, and a directed edge $(i,j)$ indicates that the front page of blog $i$ contained a hyperlink to blog $j$; the links were extracted automatically from a crawl of the blogs' front pages in February 2005. Each blog is labeled with its political leaning, taken from the blog directories or, for some blogs, assigned manually based on their incoming and outgoing links and posts around the time of the election. According to the authors, directory-derived labels are prone to error, and manual labels even more so. The network contains 266 isolated blogs, 3 self-loops, and 65 repeated links.
+
+The network has the following properties:
+
+- `label`: the URL of the blog.
+- `value`: the political leaning of the blog, with 0 = left or liberal, 1 = right or conservative.
+- `source`: the blog directories from which the blog and its label were obtained (Blogarama, BlogCatalog, eTalkingHead, LeftyDirectory, CampaignLine, BlogPulse), or "LabeledManually", separated by commas."""
