[entries] Prefix the properties in the descriptions with (Node), (Edge) or (Graph) by Tiago de Paula Peixoto bc3dbbd
The lists of properties at the end of the descriptions marked edge
properties with "Edge" but left node properties unmarked, or grouped
them in "Nodes: `a`, ...; `b`, ..." items, so the kind of a property
was often unclear. Every item now starts with (Node), (Edge) or (Graph),
followed by the property names, a colon and the explanation, one item
per property or group of properties; qualifications (kinds of nodes,
networks) follow the names in parentheses. Properties that were only
named got a short explanation, and a few items that named the wrong
kind of property were corrected.

[entries] Remove unneeded code from the entries by Tiago de Paula Peixoto 2c69f19
Unneeded "global files" statements, unused imports and variables,
f-strings without placeholders, duplicate keys in foodweb_little_rock
(keeping the order and the values used), and the second definition of
get_lines() in twitter_higgs. Nothing changes in the networks or
descriptions.

+description = """A temporal bipartite network of the users of Reddit and the subreddits they posted in, from January 2008 to December 2010, from the `tgbn-reddit` dataset of the Temporal Graph Benchmark (TGB), extracted from the Reddit data of Nadiri and Takes (2022), based on the Pushshift collection of Reddit posts and comments (the TGB paper states that the data span 2005 to 2019, but the times of the data span 2008 to 2010). Each timestamped edge from a user to a subreddit is a post (or comment) of the user in the subreddit, with its number of words and its score. The users are identified only by indices (the anonymized author identifiers of the source data).
