dutch_elite — Dutch administrative elite (2006)
- Description
Memberships of persons in the administrative bodies (boards, councils, committees, etc.) of the administrative elite in the Netherlands in April 2006, collected and analyzed by the newspaper de Volkskrant and W. de Nooy for a series of articles on the 200 most influential people in the country, later collected in the book De elite by W. Dekker and B. van Raaij. The networks are bipartite, connecting persons to the administrative bodies of which they are members, with the role of the person in the body. The data were converted into Pajek format by W. de Nooy (2006) and improved by V. Batagelj (2007). The data were distributed in Pajek format on the Pajek datasets page of V. Batagelj and A. Mrvar, from which this version was obtained.
