kenya_tanzania_bombings — US embassy bombings tasks (1998)
- Description
Bipartite network of 18 members of Al-Qaeda and 25 functional tasks in which they participated, underlying the bombings of the United States embassies in Nairobi, Kenya, and Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, on 7 August 1998. An edge connects a member to each task in which they participated. The data were collected by the Center for Computational Analysis of Social and Organizational Systems (CASOS) at Carnegie Mellon University, and used by Gerdes (2014). The vertex property
is_taskindicates whether a node is a task (True, numbered 1 to 25 inname) or a person (False). Data distributed by the UCINET datasets collection (University of Manchester).1
