lastfm_finland — Finnish Last.fm friendships (circa 2006)
- Description
A network of mutual friendships among Finnish users of Last.fm, a music website where users can share their listening habits and designate other users as their friends. The data were collected by Toivonen et al. (published in 2009; ICON dates the data to 2006), who selected the users that self-reported Finland as their country. Each node is a user account, and an undirected edge connects two users who mutually designated each other as friends. Only the largest connected component of the Finnish users is included, and no node metadata is available.
